I would like to correct or change my gender on my UNSW record. What documentation should I provide?

If you are applying for a correction or change of your gender details, you will need to provide a copy of one of the following documents specifying your gender:

• passport
• change of name certificate
• amended Australian Birth Certificate
• statement from a medical practioner or psychologist
