An academic transcript is a certified record of your full enrolment history at UNSW, including all courses attempted, results received, and degrees awarded. You do not need to submit separate requests for each degree that you obtained. Academic transcripts cannot be issued to any student who has outstanding debts with the University. Debts include all fees, loans, library fines, housing blocks, COFA blocks, and equipment. Please note, refunds will not be issued for a change of mind. Please be aware that if you provide falsified documents to external agencies which misrepresent your qualifications from UNSW, then this could result in one of a range of penalties, from failure in the course or suspension (where applicable), exclusion and/or the matter may be reported to ICAC. As a student, you should be aware of your obligations and responsibilities under the Student Code which can be found here: https://student.unsw.edu.au/conduct

Service Options

You have the choice between ordering a digital transcript or physical (hard copy) transcript. A digital copy of your academic transcript will be issued via My eQuals. This platform allows you to securely access your academic transcript online. You can share your digital academic transcript with whoever you choose to. You can also choose how long you allow a third party to view your transcript. Your transcript will be available on your My eQuals account indefinitely. If you graduated in or after Semester 1 2018, DO NOT APPLY, as you have already been given access by the Graduations team upon graduation. If you are due to graduate and are awaiting your conferral date, we do not recommend that you apply as you will receive free access to your graduation documents within a week from the Monday following your conferral date. Your digital transcript will be issued as at the time of processing and will not be automatically renewed with future enrolment/grades unless you re-apply for an updated copy, or upon your graduation from UNSW. When choosing the physical (hard copy) transcript option, you will receive a minimum of 2 copies of your academic transcript. There is no charge for transcripts being sent directly to another Australian University or TAFE College (This does NOT include Private Colleges, Associations or Registration Boards). Only one (1) copy will be sent per University or TAFE For further information about available options, please refer to www.student.unsw.edu.au/academic-transcript
