Completing your degree in Term 1: Collect from May 19th.
Completing your degree in Term 2: Collect from September 1st.
Completing your degree in Term 3: Collect from December 15th.
Conditions
Fast transcripts are issued as your record stands on the day of request. Missing results or comments will not be followed up. Please contact your program office or school regarding unresolved results.
Academic transcripts WILL NOT be issued to any student who has outstanding debts with the University. Debts include all fees, loans, library fines, housing blocks, COFA blocks, ATAX blocks and equipment.
If you require additional copies or have special requirements for your application, please use the Standard Transcript request form.
Fast Service Transcripts are available for collection only from The Nucleus: Student Hub (
https://onlinestudentforms.unsw.edu.au/public/academic-transcripts
If you require transcripts to be posted, please use the Standard Transcript request option.
Fast Service Transcripts will only be held for collection for a period of four (4) weeks, from the date of application.
Charges: AUD$38 per request.
Two (2) copies of the transcript will be issued for each request.
Wait for a Ready to Collect notification email then collect your transcript in person at The Nucleus: Student Hub (

You must present valid photo identification when collecting your transcript.
If you require a third party person to collect the transcript, please complete the Third Party Authorisation section
Instructions
Provide your student details.
Complete the Student Declaration.
Complete an online payment (directed to payment page after you submit).
Wait for Ready for Collection notification.
Present to The Nucleus: Student Hub in person with valid photo identification to collect your transcript.
