When to use this form: If you are interested in undertaking up to 4 courses and you don’t wish to undertake a whole degree, generally aimed at people looking to enhance their expertise for the purpose of employment or staying competitive within their career. If you are planning on applying for any AGSM courses, please contact the Admissions Office via www.enquiry.unsw.edu.au or 9385 3656.

Application deadlines:

  • Summer: 30th November
  • Term 1: 25th January
  • Term 2: 10th May
  • Term 3: 23rd August

Once the application deadline has passed, applicants will no longer to be able to apply for that term. Late applications will not be permitted except in exceptional circumstances.

Fees: The application fee is $50.00 and will be applied at the end of this form. Please note, you need to pay the application fee in order for your application to be successfully submitted to UNSW. Please note application fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Tuition Fee Information:

Tuition fees will be charged per unit of credit for both Domestic and International applicants, please refer to the Fees website for more information.

Rules and Guidelines

  • The enrolment of a student on a non-award basis must be on the provision that sufficient places are available in the course and that the enrolment doesn’t prevent a student in a UNSW award program from enrolling into the course.
  • A non-award student will not be permitted to enrol in more than 24 units of credit in any one academic year.
  • A student who is under exclusion from any university may not enrol in a course on a non-award basis.
  • Non-award enrolment into a course may be permitted provided that the student has appropriate educational qualifications, satisfies the university’s English Language Policy and has met any pre and/or co requisites the course may have. In each case the program authority considers that the student will benefit from the enrolment.
