Who should use this form?
Students who have been discontinued from their UNSW program following a period of unapproved leave of absence must apply through the Nucleus: Student Hub using this form.*
*Note if you are requesting readmission after more than 2 years of unapproved absence, you are required to reapply for admission.
Please provide a brief statement addressing the reasons why:
* You are requesting readmission and
* You did not re-enrol and/or did not lodge a formal request for program leave
